We will make these doors to any size you require up to 30″ x 78″ x 40mm for the listed price.
These doors can be made to any size and will look exactly the same as our standard reclaimed pine doors, but these have been tested and comply with British Standards (BS 476: Pt 22: 1987). Our made to measure reclaimed fire doors come with a FD30 certificate (certificate of supply).
These doors are made from reclaimed pine – plugging marks will be visible. They will have typically have flat panels and can be beaded or square edged – we can make raised and filled panels for an additional cost (£108.00 – per door). These doors will have a light sand only finish. We can sand and wax or sand and prime (this would be a light dust coat only) for an additional cost. We can make this door bigger – but this will change the price (normally an additional £72.00 per 2″ on height or width – not both).
If you want these doors beaded this will be an additional: £60.00 per door. Square Edged (no bead is inc in the price).
Please contact us with your sizes if you wish to confirm costings. *These doors can also be made from Oak/Sapele/Mahogany . This would be an additional cost. Glazed options are also available (for an additional cost). The price does not include postage and packaging; please contact us with your Post Code and we will get back to you with a courier cost.
Please NOTE: Our External Doors are made using Mortice and Tenoned joints. Our Internal Doors are made with Stub Tenon and doweled *Unless otherwise requested* If you would like M&T joints – this needs to be specified upon order (this is an additional cost). Our doors are hand crafted and designed to be a faithful re-production of a 100 year old door. Within the handcrafting process wood with splits, shakes, filler, black grain, glue marks, nail holes and plugging’s will all be included and will be visible in the reclaimed timber used. Our doors have an absolutely authentic aged appearance. If you do not want this type of hand crafted appearance then it may be better to choose a different type of door.
